Returns and Exchange Policy
DO NOT RETURN ITEMS BEFORE CONTACTING US BY EMAIL. IF YOUR PACKAGE DOES NOT HAVE A PROPER RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER VISIBLY WRITTEN ON THE OUTSIDE IT WILL NOT BE OPENED AND BE MARKED RETURN TO SENDER. PLEASE READ BELOW.
We take pride in our reputation for great customer service and high quality garments. All of our products are inspected by multiple members of our production team to ensure that your products are delivered to you as ordered and are of the highest quality available so you can enjoy your purchase for a long time. Products can not be returned for a refund as all items are made to order HOWEVER we do understand that sometimes sizing can be a concern when ordering online.
Swimwear items may be returned for a size exchange for the same item if suits are returned to us unworn with tags intact within 10 days of your receipt. All costs of shipping and handling are the responsibilty of the customer and never refundable. All Intimate items including our European Elegance collection and metal ring type products are not returnable however many of these items can be adjusted for waist size by simply replacing the waist straps. If you purchased one of these items and the waist strap needs to be adjusted for a better fit we will do this one time on these items as a courtesy. Contact us via email within 3 days of your receipt and we will let you know if your particular item(s) can be adjusted in this manner and the proper instructions for you to return your item(s) for adjustments.

All items are non refundable however If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase due to a manufacturing defect, please notify us within 3 days of receiving your merchandise and we will happily exchange the unwashed/unworn item for the same item at no cost.
